LAHORE: 70 new cases of Dengue fever have been reported in Punjab, out of which 64 belong to Lahore, Geo News reported. The total number of Dengue fever patients in the province has risen to 180.
According to the Department of Health, 64 new cases of dengue patients have been verified in Lahore, 2 in Faisalabad, and 1 each in Gujranwala, Gujrat and Sargodha. According to EDO Health Lahore, the first round of fumigation in city will be completed by August 19. The Department of Health has advised all government hospitals to provide complete healthcare free of cost to all dengue fever patients.
