One not sure of himself lifts Holy Quran: Pir Mazhar

 KARACHI: Senior Minister, Pir Mazharul Huque said that only those who think that their words would not be taken true lift the Holy Quran, however, he added he was not calling Zulfiqar Mirza a liar, Geo News reported.

Huque accompanied by the Sindh Governor, Ishrartul Ebad paid homage to the Quaid-e-Azam at his mausoleum on the Quaid’s death anniversary.

Later speaking to the media, Pir Mazharul Huque said that he along with Zulfiqar Mirza had gone to London on a goodwill mission to meet Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM)’s Quaid Altaf Hussain and exchanged views on the situation in Sindh. Huque added that it was not proper to make the discussions of that meeting public.

Huque said he met Altaf Hussain in 1989 also and added that in our province of Sindh, only those lift the Holy Quran who think that their words would not be believed.

When quizzed are you calling Zulfiqar Mirza a liar, he replied “I will not call him a liar.”
